Danielle is a Partner at optimise and leads the firm’s Aviation sector team. She has amassed extensive experience across a variety of sectors, having held roles in Project Controls, Governance and Risk Management.

Danielle particularly enjoys pairing Risk Management with her Efficiency Management and Lean skills, believing that this combination delivers exceptional value to clients.

Never settling for the status quo, Danielle has always challenged herself and the people round her to be more efficient in their professional and personal life, and to embrace new technologies and ways of working. She has applied this thinking successfully in many of her projects. 

With a keen interest in the sphere of Digital Risk – she recently led the development and roll out of a mobile Risk Application for a client which won an award at the CIR Risk Management Awards 2019 – Danielle was part of the first cohort to successfully gain the International Certificate in Digital Risk Management issued by the Institute of Risk Management. She is also a member of the IRM’s Infrastructure Special Interest Group and is a regular speaker at industry events.
