As a Risk management specialist with over fourteen years of delivery and management experience in the field, Matt is a highly-regarded strategic thinker in the discipline of Risk Management across multiple industries.

As a graduate management trainee with BAE Systems, Matt’s first role was in Risk Management. In the coming six years Matt would develop his project controls and project management skills with the company, initially as a member of staff, but later as an associate. His fast progression was an outcome of his ability to rapidly learn and apply project management fundamentals, resulting in a succession of successful deliveries at project, programme and portfolio level.

Since those early formative years, Matt has gone on to proudly support major clients such as Lockheed Martin, Manchester Airports Group, Arcadis, AWE, Cavendish Nuclear, Sellafield Limited, Jacobs and Balfour Beatty to name but a few.

He specialises in project, programme and portfolio risk management, with his flair to talk directly and honestly with teams and business leaders he is able to get the right processes, governance and delivery strategy in place; resulting in the truest forecasts on the table, so the right decisions can be made.
